Judith Gittinger- Project Manager

Ms. Gittinger is a graduate of Temple University School of Business and Temple Real Estate Institute. Judi has over 20 years experience in Corporate Project and Facilities Management. She has additional experience with national developers and pension funds in asset and property management as well as leasing expertise.

Prior to joining Sharpe Project Developments, Inc., Judith Gittinger was a principal of several firms based in Philadelphia and New York servicing markets in many states specializing in the practice of Construction Facility and Relocation Project Management.

Judi has worked with many highly regarded corporations, developers, contractors and architects including Bell Atlantic Mobile Systems, Berlitz Corporation, Bristol-Myers and Squibb Company, CIGNA Company, Coopers & Lybrand, Executone, Inc., Grubb & Ellis, Hillier Group, IKON Office Solutions, Keystone Health Plan East, Kraft Foods, Mellon Bank, Pepsi-Cola, USA, PHH US Mortgage, PNC Bank, State Farm Insurance Company, SEI, and US Envirex.

She is a member of the National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives, International Facilities Management Association, Industrial Development Research Council and Commercial Real Estate Women. Judi also participates in national seminars for Corporate Relocation Advisors.
