Sharpe Project Developments has been retained as the Owner Representative for the façade restoration and exterior painting of Admiralty Towers Condominium, a 20-story, 175-unit coastal high-rise in Pompano Beach, Florida. The 54-year-old building requires comprehensive concrete restoration, stucco repairs, sealant application, and full exterior repainting to address age-related deterioration and enhance long-term durability.

The project is executed in a fully occupied building, requiring detailed phasing, close coordination with the property manager, and clear communication with residents. Sharpe Project Developments provides full owner representation services from preconstruction through construction, overseeing contractor performance, quality control, schedule compliance, and cost management.

Working closely with The Falcon Group as Engineer of Record and CBT Builders, LLC as General Contractor, the team manages a $4 million restoration program while minimizing disruption to daily operations and maintaining safety and building functionality throughout several phases of construction.
