Andrew Gogola

Senior Project Manager

Andrew brings extensive construction management experience to Sharpe Project Developments, having overseen the ground-up construction of more than 1,900 apartments, condominium, and student housing units totaling over $350 million in construction value throughout his career with leading national and regional general contractors. As a Senior Project Manager, he is responsible for managing large-scale multifamily and mixed-use developments as well as condominium restoration and renovation projects, coordinating project teams, and overseeing construction activities from pre-construction through completion.

Andrew earned a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Throughout his career, he has delivered projects across the Maryland/Washington, D.C., Southwest Florida, and South Florida markets, gaining extensive exposure to a variety of construction types including wood framing, post-tensioned concrete, and structural steel systems. He is currently pursuing his Florida General Contractor’s License.

Prior to joining Sharpe Project Developments, Andrew worked with leading national and regional general contractors where he managed large-scale residential and mixed-use developments as well as historic renovation and public-sector projects. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys training for and competing in Ironman triathlons locally and abroad.
