Sharpe Project Developments was engaged by Boca Raton Christian School to assist with new modular classrooms, but shifting requirements from the City of Boca Raton redefined the scope as a renovation of existing facilities. What began as a small-scale project became a major redevelopment when the city required Site Plan approval and right-of-way upgrades to resolve deficiencies dating back to 2008. Sharpe Project Developments worked with the Owner to navigate these unexpected changes and keep the project moving forward.

In partnership with Netta Architects, Majestic Landscaping, Craig A. Smith & Associates, and Calabrese Construction, the project expanded to include comprehensive site-wide enhancements. These improvements featured exterior upgrades, new landscaping, canopy shelter, fencing, and renovated interior spaces designed to accommodate revised student capacity.

Despite the significant scope changes introduced in March 2025, Sharpe Project Developments is on schedule to complete all improvements by December 2025, delivering the project under budget while meeting the City’s requirements.
