Sharpe Project Developments was selected to assist the association with completing emergency renovations at 26 units across the property. The association hired an engineer and contractor to self-manage the repair project; however, after releasing a portion of the work, the association grew concerned with the contractor’s unwillingness to negotiate pricing.

Because work had already begun, the association owed the contractor for services performed but could not reach agreement on the proper evaluation of that work. Sharpe Project Developments was requested to help unravel the issues affecting the project and establish an executable plan to move it forward.

Sharpe Project Developments leveraged its building construction expertise to provide the information needed for the association to resolve disagreements with project vendors. A new plan has been established and approved, with work estimated to be completed in late 2026.
