Sharpe Project Developments is scheduled to complete a comprehensive renovation of two identical lobbies at the Coronado at Highland Beach Condominium, totaling approximately 5,000 square feet, with completion anticipated in 2027. The project will modernize and elevate the building’s primary entrances through full interior demolition and reconfigured, more functional spaces that improve flow and usability.

The scope includes new flooring, upgraded wall and ceiling systems, a decorative lighting package, and custom millwork featuring a redesigned concierge desk and architectural elements to create a more refined and welcoming arrival experience.

Construction will be carefully coordinated with the building’s existing structural, mechanical, and electrical systems to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption, while maintaining safe and continuous access, including mail and package areas and emergency egress routes.
