Principal

David is a Principal and Shareholder at Sharpe Project Developments with over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. He is responsible for managing major developments and tenant improvements as well as advising the company’s project managers.

His depth of experience also includes major office, industrial, and retail development projects as well as marinas, country clubs, car dealerships, and condominiums. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida. He is a Licensed General Contractor, LEED Accredited Professional, and Licensed Real Estate Broker.

He is the founder and director of the Dylan Schopp Sunshine Foundation and serves on the Board as Past President of MHA/FISP.  David also holds a 6° Black Belt in Goju Ryu Karate, and maintains an active dojo for the City of Weston.
