Principal

David is a Principal and Shareholder at Sharpe Project Developments, bringing more than 40 years of construction industry experience. He leads major development and construction projects, with an emphasis on the country club and hospitality markets, and serves as an advisor to the firm’s project managers.

His experience also spans major office, industrial, and retail developments, as well as marinas, car dealerships, and condominium restorations. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida. He is a Licensed General Contractor, LEED Accredited Professional, and Licensed Real Estate Broker, and a proud member of the Florida chapter of CMAA.

David is the founder and director of the Dylan Schopp Sunshine Foundation and a Past President and Board Member of MHA/FISP. He also holds a 7th-degree black belt in Goju Ryu Karate and runs an active dojo for the City of Weston.
