Emily is an Assistant Project Manager at Sharpe Project Developments, bringing experience in luxury condominium property management. Her responsibilities include coordinating contractors and consultants, managing permit processing, reporting, and overseeing project accounting. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University and relocated to South Florida to pursue a career in property and project management.

Prior to joining Sharpe, she played a key role at KW Property Management as an Assistant Property Manager, where she helped manage a $27 million special assessment project tied to the 40-year recertification of a luxury condominium. The project encompassed concrete restoration, elevator modernization, and roof replacement.

Outside of work, she enjoys going to the beach, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
