Sharpe Project Developments is leading the Parking Garage & Recreational Deck Renovation at Everglades House; a multi-phase restoration project focused on extending the life and functionality of the building's structural and amenity systems. The work centers on replacing the existing waterproofing system, along with concrete restoration, paver replacement, and comprehensive upgrades to both the recreational deck and parking garage.

Beyond the core restoration, the project incorporates a range of owner-directed enhancements, including landscape improvements, irrigation, electrical infrastructure, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, garage painting, and additional site amenities. Delivery required close coordination between the design and construction teams across every phase of the work. The primary objective was to restore the building's aging waterproofing system while maintaining resident access to parking and recreational facilities throughout construction.
