Sharpe Project Developments was engaged to deliver Phase 1B Improvements at Frenchman’s Creek Golf Course, enhancing the Club’s instructional amenities and member experience.

This phase includes a new Learning Center featuring a Range House and state-of-the-art Teaching Studio, an Event Lawn with cart path relocation, and a new Starter Shack. Together, these additions create a centralized hub for instruction, practice, and events while improving operational flow and first-tee experience.

Designed to integrate advanced technology with thoughtful site planning, the project reinforces the Club’s commitment to innovation, player development, and a premier golf experience.
