Sharpe Project Developments was engaged to support early planning and coordination for the phased renovation and redevelopment of the Operations Center buildings and surrounding site. The project is being executed in multiple phases to maintain operational continuity and streamline approvals. Phase 1A includes an owner-led renovation of the existing Operations 1 building, followed by Phase 1B, focused on securing site plan approvals with the City and Board.

Phase 2 includes demolition of the existing landscape contractor building and construction of a new Operations 2 facility, support buildings, covered service structures, a guard house, parking, and associated sitework. Phase 3 includes demolition of the existing Operations 2 building, renovation of existing canopies, new covered storage, a dumpster enclosure, a car wash bay, new parking, and additional site enhancements.
