Grisel is a Project Manager at Sharpe Project Developments with more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry. As a Project Manager, she is responsible for managing built-to-suit and tenant improvement projects as well as leading site plan approvals.

Grisel brings a strong foundation in commercial, industrial, and institutional development, backed by a diverse portfolio of high-impact projects. She has played a key role in the successful delivery of major initiatives, including the Frito Lay DC Miami Office, Disney Cruise Terminal at Port Everglades, and several Broward County Judicial Complex developments. Her experience also includes projects such as Miami Dade College West Campus, Sycamore Logistics, and Bridge Industrial’s BP Doral Park, and Broward West Campus. Grisel also holds an Associate in Science degree and is currently pursuing PMP and LEED accreditation to further enhance her expertise and leadership in the field.
