Sharpe Project Developments served as Owner’s Representative for Informa Markets’ relocation and warehouse modernization in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, a 200,000 SF facility developed by Seagis Property Group. SPD managed the full project lifecycle from planning and budgeting through construction and closeout.

The project centered on a comprehensive warehouse cooling system, including chillers, rooftop units, chilled water piping, structural reinforcements, electrical upgrades, roofing modifications, and building automation integration. Additional scope included lighting, large-format ceiling fans, IT and security infrastructure, racking systems, and fencing.

SPD coordinated a multi-disciplinary team across all trades while navigating complex permitting, FAA crane approvals, long-lead procurement, and phased construction within an active warehouse environment, delivering a fully modernized facility that met Informa’s operational requirements.
