Sharpe Project Developments completed the JAFCO Illuminate Venue special-event facility in Sunrise, Florida, in 2020. Illuminate is designed to host weddings, mitzvahs, celebrations, fundraisers, and corporate gatherings for up to 300 guests. The venue is distinctive for pairing luxury event experiences with a charitable mission that supports local children and families in need.

The venue encompasses roughly 10,000 square feet of event space, adaptable for both intimate and large-scale functions, including a catering kitchen. Its contemporary interior includes customizable lighting, a built-in bar, a private dressing suite, and audiovisual support. The program and carefully managed design provide amenities that are crafted for flexibility and to streamline events while maintaining an upscale atmosphere.
