Karen is an Assistant Project Manager at Sharpe Project Developments with more than 20 years of experience in commercial construction and property management. She is responsible for the coordination of contracts, consultants, and contractors, as well as permit processing, reporting, and project accounting.

Before joining Sharpe Project Developments, Karen worked with SYZYGY Global, where she was instrumental in the coordination and execution of several high-profile pergola projects, including the JW Marriott Waterpark, the AKA Hotel in West Palm Beach, The Wine Room in Delray Beach, and the rooftop pergolas at the Royal Poinciana Condominium in Palm Beach. One of her most notable accomplishments was helping coordinate what is believed to be the largest residential pergola in the United States, a nearly 6,000-square-foot structure on Jupiter Island.

Karen is passionate about the construction industry and brings her commitment and expertise to every project. Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time traveling and creating memories with her two teenagers.
