Sharpe Project Developments is managing the expansion and renovation of KW Property Management’s Miami office, located in the City of Doral.

The project covers approximately 17,000 square feet, combining KW’s existing office with two newly acquired adjacent spaces. The renovation is designed to align with the latest workplace standards, enhancing both finishes and functionality to create a modern, collaborative environment.

Key program elements include a redesigned reception area, an expanded training room, a new breakroom, and upgraded office and meeting spaces. In addition to improving the current workplace experience, the design incorporates flexible planning strategies to accommodate KW’s long-term growth and evolving operational needs.
