Sharpe Project Developments has been selected as the Owner’s Representative for a renovation of the common areas and elevator upgrades at Las Olas Beach Club. The project scope includes the refurbishment of key arrival and resident spaces, including the valet drop-off, main lobby and concierge, lateral lobbies, historical lobby, gallery hallway, and multiple 6th floor amenities such as lounges, coffee station, kitchenette, bathrooms, gym, and yoga areas, along with improvements to the exterior vehicle entry.

The elevator scope includes interior cab finish renovations with lighting enhancements, as well as door operator drives and panel button replacements. These upgrades are designed to modernize the resident experience through elevated finishes, improved functionality, and refreshed amenity spaces that align with the property’s luxury coastal lifestyle.
