Sharpe Project Developments was selected as the Owner’s Representative for the completion of 196,000 SF solar panel commissioning and energizing across five buildings at the Safe Harbor Lauderdale Marina Center. The scope focused on coordinating final construction activities and supporting project delivery through structured oversight and reporting.

Services included coordination of contractor mobilization, monitoring of project budget and schedule, and observation of daily construction activity and progress. Sharpe Project Developments communicated with key project stakeholders to identify potential risks and maintain alignment throughout the construction process.

The team consulted with ownership to ensure critical benchmarks were achieved without operational impact, while also guiding inspections and managing the project closeout sequence for successful completion. Findings and progress were documented and issued weekly through a standardized reporting process.
