Senior Project Manager

Matthew brings years of design and construction management experience to Sharpe Project Developments. As a Senior Project Manager and Shareholder, he is responsible for managing built-to-suit and tenant improvement projects as well as leading site plan approvals.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a concentration in construction management. He is a LEED accredited professional and is also currently pursuing a Master of Science in Building Construction.

Prior to joining Sharpe Project Developments, Matthew worked for Holder Construction. He served as the primary client liaison and managed telecommunications, governmental approvals, and post-construction activities for multiple 300K+ SF datacenters. Furthermore, Matthew is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and volunteers for Habitat for Humanity in his free time.
