Sharpe Project Developments has been selected to provide Owner’s Representation services for the Muse Residences Roofing & Mechanical Systems Replacement Project. Located in Sunny Isles, Muse is a 49-story luxury condominium tower featuring 68 exclusive beachfront residences and a state-of-the-art rack and rail automated parking system.

The project scope includes roof repairs, complete roof replacement, stucco and concrete restoration, and the replacement of multiple mechanical systems, including cooling towers and smoke exhaust systems. Execution of this work requires coordination for the removal of the existing roof, temporary dry-in provisions, specialty hoisting for rooftop mechanical equipment, and careful integration with existing fire alarm and life safety systems.

Sharpe Project Developments is working closely with a team of specialized engineers to manage this complex project. Slider Engineering Group serves as the Engineer of Record and Special Inspector for the roof deck restoration, while Kamm Engineering is the Engineer of Record for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades.
