Nate is a Project Manager at Sharpe Project Developments, bringing over 10 years of experience in general contracting and construction management. He is responsible for managing built-to-suit and tenant improvement projects and leads efforts in site plan approvals.

Nate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design and a Master of Product Development from Carnegie Mellon University. His academic background spans design innovation, engineering, and business development, equipping him with a multidisciplinary approach to project execution. He is also a LEED Green Associate and ParkSmart certified. Before joining Sharpe, Nate worked at KVC Constructors as a Project Manager, overseeing both preconstruction and construction phases. His project portfolio includes high-profile developments such as the Holocaust Memorial Education Center in Miami Beach, the Estates at Acqualina Offsite Parking Garage, Temple Menorah Renovation, SAIA MIA Warehouse Terminal, Wynwood Garage, and the Institute of Contemporary Art Miami. These projects span the private, public, and nonprofit sectors and reflect his expertise in both new construction and complex renovations.

Outside of work, Nate enjoys playing tennis and running, and is a dedicated motorsport enthusiast, especially of Formula 1 and MotoGP racing.
