Nate is a Project Manager at Sharpe Project Developments with 10 years of General Contracting and Construction Management experience. He is responsible for managing built-to-suit and tenant improvement projects as well as leading site plan approvals.

Nate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design, and a Master of Product Development degree from Carnegie Melon University, combining to cover interdisciplinary curriculum in design innovation, engineering, and business development. He is also a LEED Green Associate and is ParkSmart certified.

Prior to joining Sharpe Project Developments, Nate worked for KVC Constructors, where he served as a preconstruction and construction phase Project Manager for both new construction and renovation projects in private, public, and non-profit sectors. On his free time, Nate enjoys playing tennis, and following motorsport racing such as Formula 1 and MotoGP.
