Sharpe Project Developments has been selected as the owner’s representative for the interior renovation, facade, and concrete restoration of the oceanfront clubhouse in Sunny Isles, Florida. This 30,000 square foot facility serves five high-rise residential towers and plays a central role in the community’s lifestyle experience. The interior scope includes the upgrades to the Lobby and Common Areas, Men's and Women's Spas and Salon, and a Bar and Restaurant, along with beachside improvements.
