Sharpe Project Developments was selected to manage restoration and maintenance across key areas of the property, including the East, West, and South-East Towers, Garage, Townhomes, and Employee Lounge. The scope includes concrete restoration, sealing and waterproofing, stucco repairs, and full-scale exterior painting to preserve and enhance structural integrity.

The Garage will be a key focus area, with restoration of the top slab and structural repairs to the pool beam ensuring both safety and stability. These improvements will strengthen durability, protect against environmental damage, and refresh the overall appearance of the property.
