Ryan is a Project Manager at Sharpe Project Developments, bringing more than 10 years of experience in condominium renovation and development projects. As a Project Manager, he is responsible for managing built-to-suit and tenant improvement projects as well as leading site plan approvals.

Ryan hold’s a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Connecticut and is currently pursuing his LEED accreditation and PMP certification. His well-rounded background allows him to lead teams effectively across a range of project types. His portfolio includes complex condominium renovations involving concrete restoration, waterproofing, ADA compliance, and interior upgrades. Notable work includes leading envelope restoration and roof replacement across five condominiums at Mediterranean Village, managing a full deck and lobby renovation at 4000 Island Boulevard, and delivering structural and coating improvements at Riviera Beach Lift Station and the FKAA Water Treatment Plant. He also played a lead role in planning a 40-acre residential subdivision in Greenwich, CT, overseeing site layout and utility design to maximize land value.

Outside of work, Ryan likes to stay active and spends most of his time either playing beach volleyball, working out, or cheering on the Uconn Huskies.
