Sharpe Project Developments has been selected to manage the development of a new two-story tennis center facility and eight clay hydro-courts at Riviera Country Club, replacing the existing tennis center and courts. The project will elevate the club’s amenities to complement its state-of-the-art golf course.

The ground floor of the new facility will include a repair shop, offices, lounges, locker rooms, restrooms, and storage, while the second level will feature event space overlooking the courts. The scope also provides a dedicated water service for the hydro-court systems, a completely new structure, and civil improvements for storm drainage.

Design documents have been completed, and construction is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2026. Once complete, the upgraded tennis facilities will deliver a modern, high-quality experience for members and guests.
