Todd is a Senior Project Manager at Sharpe Project Developments with nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He is responsible for major built-to-suit and tenant improvement projects as well as leading site plan approvals.

Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University and a Master of Building Construction from the M. E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management at the

University of Florida, and is a Florida Certified General Contractor. Since joining Sharpe Project Developments, he has managed the development of the University of Miami’s $150 million Centennial Village project, along with several smaller projects on campus, and has served as the lead team member on multiple projects for Riviera Country Club in Coral Gables.

Prior to joining Sharpe Project Developments, Todd worked for Miller Construction Company for nearly a decade. As a project manager, he led Fisher Island Day School, Lauderdale Yacht Club, Cosmo International Fragrances, and Kendall Toyota projects. As a senior member of the preconstruction department, he annually coordinated and oversaw approximately $1.5B worth of budgets, progress estimates, and final estimates on a wide range of commercial projects.

In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors while motorcycling, road cycling, mountain biking, and playing golf and tennis.
