Tony is a Senior Project Manager at Sharpe Project Developments, bringing with him more than 20 years of combined experience in architecture and construction management. He is responsible for managing major build-to-suit projects, leading site plan approvals, and managing major interior renovation projects.

Tony holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Design and Architecture from the University of Puerto Rico and a Master of Architecture from Virginia Tech. His diverse projects portfolio includes ground-up and renovations for luxury condominiums, airport improvements, hospitality venues, mixed-use developments, and public-private educational facilities. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and has spent the past decade working with architectural firms in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area, gaining a thorough understanding of local building codes and regulations.

With a strong foundation in construction methods, Tony’s technical expertise is rooted in his background as a contractor specializing in building renovations and interior fit outs. Outside of work, Tony is an avid runner who participates in 5K, 10K, and half-marathon events. He also enjoys spending quality time with his family on the weekends.
