Sharpe Project Developments was selected to oversee the exterior restoration program for Villas by the Sea, a 4-building, 117-unit condominium community with an additional clubhouse, originally built in 2008.

The scope of work includes exterior painting, fascia replacement, and concrete restoration across garages, balconies, stairways, walkways, and building exteriors. These improvements are designed to extend the property’s longevity while enhancing curb appeal and resident safety.

Working alongside KW Property Management & Consulting and S&D Engineering and Construction, Inc., Sharpe Project Developments is managing the project with a focus on maintaining the community’s vibrant coastal character while ensuring compliance with engineering standards.
