Sharpe Project Developments was selected to manage the tenant improvement for White & Case’s Level 49 office at the Southeast Financial Center in Downtown Miami.

The project encompasses a full-floor renovation of approximately 18,000 square feet, designed to create a modern workplace tailored to one of the world’s leading international law firms. The new office environment will feature client-facing areas, conference rooms, private offices, collaborative spaces, and break areas, blending high functionality with elevated finishes that reflect the firm’s global reputation.

Designed by Interior Architects, the White & Case Miami office emphasizes sophistication, performance, and attention to detail. The design incorporates premium materials, custom millwork, and refined detailing, achieving a balance between open work areas and enclosed offices to support both collaboration and privacy.
