Sharpe Project Developments is proud to announce the successful completion of the Associates Housing Village for Ocean Reef Club, delivered on time and within budget in collaboration with Zyscovich Architects. The project includes a four-story residential building with 30 five-bedroom, dorm-style units, providing 150 beds for the club’s year-round staff, along with shared amenities including a full-service kitchen, bar, pool, lounge, and recreational spaces.

A key driver of the project was the fixed November 1 deadline for the 2025 season, requiring both housing and kitchen operations to be fully functional at opening. Through proactive consultant management, design coordination, and disciplined change and schedule management, the team successfully navigated change orders and maintained progress.

The completed project enhances the existing housing village and supports Ocean Reef Club’s workforce and long-term operations.
