Sharpe Project Developments is managing the development of a new residential community for the Orthodox Cathedral of Christ the Saviour in Miami, FL. Designed by Wolfberg Alvarez, the project consists of four prefabricated duplex homes, totaling 8 residential units, intended to house church staff and volunteers. These on-site accommodations reflect the church’s commitment to supporting its internal community.

The development spans approximately 3 acres on the easternmost portion of the church’s property. In addition to the residences, the project includes a shared surface parking area serving both the housing and the adjacent church facilities.

The scope also encompasses mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, along with water, sewer, and drainage infrastructure. Structural work and landscaping are included to create a fully integrated and functional environment.
