Sharpe Project Developments has been selected as Owner’s Representative for the build-out of South Florida’s first Nightingale Veterinary Hospital. The project consists of a 13,200 square foot interior renovation for Nightingale Veterinary Partners.

The scope includes a complete replacement of the HVAC system to ensure reliable climate control throughout the facility. A Dedicated Outdoor Air System (DOAS) will also be integrated to provide advanced humidity regulation, a critical feature for animal care and specialized medical environments.

This project marks an important step in expanding veterinary services in South Florida, creating a modern, purpose-built environment that supports the highest standards of care and operational efficiency.
