Sharpe Project Developments is currently engaged in the ground-up construction of SkY Beach, a boutique luxury townhome community in Pompano Beach, Florida, with anticipated completion in 2028. The project consists of four three-story townhouse buildings totaling 20 residential units at approximately 3,000 SF per unit.

The scope of work includes full site development and the construction of multiple residential buildings featuring open-plan layouts, large private exterior terraces, and floor-to-ceiling glazing systems that maximize natural light and coastal views. Interior construction consists of complete buildouts with modern kitchens, bathrooms, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout each unit.

Additional scope includes the construction of site amenities, including a shared resort-style pool. Soil stabilization will be achieved using auger cast piles or a CMC rigid inclusions system, engineered to perform in South Florida ground conditions.
